Messiah in Jewish Scripture: An 11-Week Study
by Michelle Beadle
Michelle Beadle is a Jewish believer in Yeshua (Jesus) and the daughter and granddaughter of Holocaust survivors. Born and reared in New York City, she received Jesus as her Messiah and Redeemer in 1974 at Cornell University. She has a master’s degree in Social Work from Tulane University and a master’s degree in Missiology and Jewish Studies from Fuller Theological Seminary.
Michelle joined CJF Ministries in 1994 as a full-time outreach worker in New Orleans and its surrounding areas. Her ministry also takes her to Connecticut, New York, and the southeastern region of the United States. Her work focuses primarily on bringing the Good News to “the lost sheep of the House of Israel.” This includes one-on-one Scripture studies with Jewish persons interested in learning what the Bible says about the Messiah, the discipleship of new believers, and tract distribution at various locations throughout the greater New Orleans area. She also shares the Jewish roots of Christianity at conferences, churches, and schools and for Bible studies and women’s groups.
Michelle also leads a Messianic Jewish Chavurah (fellowship) and a monthly Messianic women’s meeting, Tikvat Yisrael, which meets on the second Sunday of every month on Zoom and in person from 4:30-5:30 p.m. Michelle planted the first Messianic Jewish congregation in the city of New Orleans and Messianic fellowships in Metairie and Mandeville, LA.
